For 2022, the Macan is a mid-generational model showing significant changes. The Turbo trim level has been eliminated, and this leaves the base, the S, and the GTS trim levels. The Macan S also comes with enhanced braking capabilities and adaptive suspension dampers.
Appearance
The only noticeable difference between the base Macan and the Macan S on the exterior is their wheels. The Macan has 19-inch wheels paired with all-season tires. The Macan S comes with 20-inch wheels. All of the Macan trim levels for 2022 have teardrop-like LED headlights and a prominent, curved nose. They also have a swooping, well-defined hood and bold accents across the lower door panels.
Features
There are many differences in available and included features between the base Macan, and the Macan S. The base trim level has a 10.9-inch touch display screen, a 10-speaker audio system, wireless smart device connectivity, four USB-C charging ports, heated and power-adjusting front seats, leather upholstery, and a three-zone climate control system.
